20-something year old Iwona lives with her unemployed husband and two little daughters in a small apartment at one of the housing estates in the capital city. She works as a cashier at a grocery supermarket. When one day she gets contacted by an old friend, inviting her to come over to London and begin a new life, Iwona is more and more inclined to start everything anew far from the unsatisfactory reality.

Dariusz Glazer - graduated from the directing department at the Krzysztof Kieślowski Radio and Television School in Katowice. His short feature debut “The Journey” won awards at the Krakow Film Festival and the International Young Cinema Festival CineFest. Dariusz Glazer is the co-author of the script  of the feature-length film “The Baptism” directed by Marcin Wrona.
