Dr Glik, an anesthesiologist with long-gone passion for her job wants to certify a death of an 18 year-old girl, who would be an ideal organ donor. She is confronted by the girls mother.

Michal Wnuk – holds a degree in film directing from the Krzysztof Kieslowski Radio and Television Department in Katowice. After his studies, he worked as an assistant director of feature film productions. Awarded scholarships from the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Berlin-based Nipkow Programm. “What the Doctors Say” is his film debut, for which he was awarded Golden Amber Award for the best short film during the Koszalin Film Festival in 2009; the film was also selected for Brest and the Short Film Corner at Cannes Film Festival.
